Migraine, Headaches. The effects of stress.

A migraine can be very disabling generally the only help is to finding a dark, quiet place to lie down.

Sometimes migraines are preceded or accompanied by flashes of light or other sensations. A migraine may also be accompanied by other signs and symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, and extreme sensitivity to light and sound.

Migraine pain can be excruciating and may incapacitate you for hours or even days.

Migraine or headache may occur as and effect of stress.  Stress can be a two-way street, in that the a migraine or headache may cause more stress which in turn increases the migraine or headaches.
