Intestine. The affects of stress.

"Butterflies in the stomach,", wind and indigestion are other symptoms of anxiety.

Rumbling noises from the stomach, may be just a sign of hunger or could be a sign of poorly digested food.

Stomach acids are released during anxiety which may cause stomach pain and even cramps.

People with anxiety problems sometimes don't feel like eating and this can lead to these problems.

Their anxiety attacks may make the feel drained of energy and too weak to cook proper meals or have a properly balance diet.

This could add to their problems as the body tries to cope with a lack of energy intake and the energy required for the body to run the fight or flight mechanism.
