A person may have similar problems with their feet as they do with their legs.
A person with anxiety may find it hard to keep still and their feet may move even when sat down.
They may feel the need to constantly walk backwards and forwards.
This may be likened to an expectant farther pacing the floor while the mother is having the baby.
