A heighten awareness to some sight may occur.
A person may have difficulty seeing other sights.
The peripheral vision of the person may be affected and they may notice thing outside the normal field of view.
This may be exaggerated by the confusion that may occur as a result of the anxiety.
The person may focus the minds and therefore there eye on a particular object or person.
Their awareness of this thing may become very important to them.
They may for example become aware of dirt or dust that other people may not notice.
They may then spend time cleaning things repeatedly and become obsessive about such things.
They may become weepy, cry, for no apparent reason. Crying is a natural reaction to sadness and therefore generally should not be suppressed. Crying can help release emotions and relieve tensions.
Or their eyes may become dry an sore.
